Welcome to Puzzle Lab, where we craft high-quality wooden jigsaw puzzles out of our downtown Victoria, BC studio.

Our puzzles are vibrant, sturdy and incredibly unique; we grow our own wacky piece shapes using a custom computer algorithm before cutting them with a high-powered laser.
Our standard promotional puzzles have 100 pieces and a finished size of 7” x 9” or 8” x 8”, perfect for leaving on the coffee table or completing over a glass of wine.
We offer customization of the puzzle artwork, whimsy pieces, packaging stickers, and informational insert card.

Artwork
Artwork is arguably the most important important piece of the puzzle (see what we did there?). We can either use an image or graphic from your existing assets, or we can work with you to find an appropriate piece of artwork that matches your brand vibe and tone. You can also opt to have your logo printed directly on the puzzle image for an extra branded touch.
Whimsies
Whimsy pieces are special recognizable shaped pieces that are scattered throughout the puzzle. As part of your corporate order, you’re invited to choose up to four whimsy piece shapes that will be included in your puzzle’s cut file. These could be anything related to your company: logo elements, symbols, letters, or other industry-specific icons.
Packaging
Our puzzles come packaged in elegant black magnet-close boxes, complete with matte vinyl stickers showcasing the enclosed artwork. When ordering promotional puzzles, we’ll create a set of custom stickers for you and include your logo on the front of the box so that recipients know exactly where it’s coming from!
Insert Card
Each puzzle comes with a custom branded insert card containing whatever kind of messaging you wish. Whether it’s an introduction or a thank you, recipients will see your personal message as soon as they open the box.
