Forces, events, and feelings move through us. They interrupt patterns, leaving incremental changes, and helping to weave the interconnected fabric of life.
Whoa, Nelly.
This is the feeling artist Kay Gallivan was channeling in her painting featured on this gorgeous wood jigsaw puzzle. The piece includes a seabird called a cormorant, turkey tails, chanterelles, cauliflower mushrooms, and the tail of a jellyfish—all woven together into a moment and place inspired by Lkwungen Territory. The interconnected imagery of this piece also makes for an especially tricky puzzle.
